What the buyer is looking for
The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be 12 months from the date of its notification. It shall be tacitly renewable three (3) times, for successive periods of twelve (12) months, without its total duration exceeding four (4) years. In the event of renewal, all contractual clauses remain unchanged. However, the contracting authority reserves the right not to renew the framework agreement and will inform the Contractors at the latest one month before the anniversary date of the framework agreement. In this case, the Holder cannot refuse this non-renewal. No compensation will be granted.
