What the buyer is looking for
The framework agreement shall be concluded for a first firm period running from the provisional notification date of 30/11/2027. It may then be renewed three times in any one-year period, i.e. for a maximum of four years. The term of the framework agreement is set at the end of the 2030 competition session, i.e. no later than 30/11/2030. The renewal shall be tacit and the holder may not oppose it. CentraleSupélec may terminate the contract at the end of the first year of performance and at the end of each subsequent year without entitlement to compensation for the contractor.
