Each lot will be the subject of a separate framework agreement: - Lot 1: Project management – Lot 2: Web development - Lot 3: WinDev development – Lot 4: Mobile development – Lot 5: Application revenue – Lot 6: Data and AI - Lot 7: IT technician – Lot 8: Systems administrator and Devops engineer – Lot 9: Network administrator – Lot 10: Security audit – Lot 11: Security Council – Lot 12: Advice, IS strategy, urbanisation, IT monitoring - Lot 13: AMOA in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) For Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8: These framework agreements shall be multi-awarded, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders. The maximum number of successful tenderers per lot is set at 3. These framework agreements will be executed as and when the need arises by the establishment of subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. Subsequent contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement may supplement its provisions without substantially modifying them. Subsequent contracts resulting from the framework agreements will be awarded under the conditions defined in the CAPC. The successful tenderers of framework agreements which do not obtain any subsequent contract may not:
