… Contracted rented dwellings: contracted programmes already in service for which the current management mandate is coming to an end - Free-rent housing: free-rent programmes already in operation (for which the current management mandate is coming to an end), or new programmes (the delivery of which corresponds to the effective date of the mandate, carried out in neighbourhoods with predominantly social housing, or in the immediate vicinity) The general terms and conditions of the mandates are identical for both types of property, but the specific conditions differ depending on whether the programmes are new or existing. • The manager will be the representative of the ICS owners; he must manage the building complex in the name and on behalf of the principal, in compliance with the provisions of the so-called ‘Hoguet’ law of 2 January 1970, and the texts supplementing or amending it and also with Law No 2014-366 of 24 March 2014 (ALUR). In that regard, it is stated that the tasks covered by the contracts concluded with managers are fully subject to all those rules or any subsequent rules, without there being any need to amend the mandates, and that managers are required to comply with those rules when carrying out all the acts and services covered by the management mandates; • It must ensure, in the best interests of the client, the administrative management of the building complex (validation of candid files)
