What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for IT support services. The services to be performed by the Contractor shall relate to the following areas: - Assistance and support for users: - Community-based interventions - Management of a continuous improvement approach (governance, reporting, maintenance and improvement of a knowledge base) The full details of the services are included in the CCTP. It is a single-awarded framework agreement, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of EUR 3 000 000,00 excluding VAT, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be executed as and when order forms are issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code.
