After award, candidates are informed that the successful electronic tender will have to be signed electronically in order to be able to notify the relevant contract. A final tender not signed electronically will be considered irregular. The overall payment term is 30 days. The services will be financed as follows: Financing from the Department's own funds. The method of settlement of the administration is the administrative mandate. Variants are not allowed. The selection and selection criteria are set out in the consultation rules. The contracting authority does not wish to impose any form of grouping on the successful tenderer of the framework agreement. Candidates may not submit more than one tender acting both as individual candidates and as members of one or more groupings or as members of several groupings.
