… shall use all the human and material resources necessary for the proper performance of the contract. Drinking water competence is exercised on a regulated basis throughout the territory of the Community of communes with the exception of the commune of Usclas d'Hérault, i.e. approximately 16,000 subscribers. The roll-out of the radio survey has been carried out gradually since 2018, when drinking water was taken over.
