Les accords-cadres sont reconduits tacitement jusqu'à leur terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale des contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 48 mois. Le marché sera éventuellement reconduit au plus tôt à la date à laquelle le montant maximum sera atteint et au plus tard au terme d'un délai d'un an à compter de sa date de notification (ou de reconduction). Le marché pourra être éventuellement reconduit 3 fois, et ne pourra excéder 48 mois. En cas de renouvellement annuel, la reconduction sera tacite ; en cas de renouvellement anticipé si le montant maximum de la période est atteint, la date de la reconduction sera expressément signifiée par lettre recommandée. La reconduction est considérée comme acceptée si aucune décision écrite contraire n'est prise par le pouvoir adjudicateur au moins 2 mois avant la fin de la durée de validité de l'accord-cadre.
