La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d’un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à prix mixte, avec une partie forfaitaire donnant accès annuel aux services et une partie à bons de commande, pour l’exécution de prestations de services d’agrégateur de presse offrant un accès unique à une très grande quantité de sources pour : • Fournir en ligne les articles, de la presse quotidienne, hebdomadaire, mensuelle, nationale, internationale, régionale et locale, et des média radio, TV, • Signaler par des veilles et des alertes les articles et les média radio, TV d’actualité qui sont nécessaires à son information, • Permettre d’effectuer des recherches, des panoramas de presse, des veilles ou tout autre produit documentaire rapidement, • Donner accès à une base d’archives des titres de presse, afin de permettre la diffusion des articles retenus en texte intégral sous forme numérique, et/ou afficher les articles fournis sur le portail documentaire.
