Le présent marché a pour objet l'achat de fournitures (plantes, bulbes, tapis,...) pour le fleurissement de tous les massifs, situés sur les différents secteurs de la Ville de Blagnac. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 04/01/2027 ou de la date de notification du contrat si celle-ci est postérieure, jusqu'au 04/01/2028. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Montant HT minimum et maximum pour la durée totale du contrat : 33 000,00 et 141 000,00 euro(s) H.T. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.
