Le présent marché a pour objet la location, l'installation, la maintenance, la désinfection de fontaines à eau tempérée et réfrigérée branchées sur le réseau à destination du personnel et/ou du public. Ce marché est dit composite. Il comprend des prestations à prix forfaitaires (interventions programmées dites préventives) où il sera fait application d'un prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et des prestations à prix unitaires (interventions ponctuelles hors DPGF dites correctives) où il sera fait application d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande (conformément au BPU) avec des montants annuels de 0.00 euro(s) HT minimum et de 25 000.00 euro(s) HT maximum.
