Visite obligatoire du lot 1 : La visite du lieu d’exécution des travaux est obligatoire, afin de préparer le chiffrage et la prise en compte des contraintes. Pour le lot 1, le procès-verbal de visite du lieu d’exécution joint au dossier devra être signé par le maître d’ouvrage et remis lors du dépôt de l’offre. La remise du Procès-Verbal de visite dans l’offre du candidat est obligatoire, sous peine de voir son offre rejetée pour irrégularité. Aucune visite n’est prévue pour le lot 2. Toutefois, le campus étant accessible ; le candidat peut faire la visite seul et de sa propre initiative. Les modalités de visite sont décrites à l'article 11 du règlement de consultation.
