Le descriptif des prestations à effectuer fait l'objet des cahiers des clauses techniques particulières. Le marché est divisé en 2 lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le marché comporte une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle. Le descriptif des tranches ainsi que les modalités d'affermissement sont définis au CCAP. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L'exécution des prestations débute à compter de la date fixée par ordre de service. La date prévisionnelle de démarrage des travaux (y compris période de préparation) est prévue en mars 2027. Les délais d'exécution sont définies dans le CCAP.
