Prestations de street marketing pour l’Etablissement Français du Sang Centre – Pays de la Loire. Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 139 000 € HT pour 48 mois. L’accord-cadre public prend effet à compter du 11/03/2027 ou à sa date de notification si elle est postérieure à celle-ci, pour une durée ferme de 48 mois. Le présent marché public est passé sous la forme d’une procédure adaptée, conformément aux articles L.2123-1 1°, R.2123-1 1°, R.2123-4, R.2123-5 et R.2123.6 du code de la commande publique. Le montant estimé susceptible d’être commandé pour la durée du marché est de 80 000 €.
