Le présent marché a pour objet de confier des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre pluridisciplinaires pour intervenir sur les différents types d'opérations relevant des compétences de la Direction des Services Techniques, tant dans le domaine des bâtiments que des espaces publics. Pour les espaces publics, elles pourront être de l'ordre de : - création, réfection à neuf ou rénovation de voiries - création, réfection ou rénovation d’espaces publics (minéral ou végétal) - création, réfection ou rénovation d’espaces végétalisés (parcs, square…). Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée d'un an à compter de la date de notification de l'accord-cadre. Il est reconductible 3 fois tacitement par période d'un an sans que la durée totale de l'accord-cadre n'excède 4 ans.
