This consultation concerns the choice of one (or more) intervener(s) (insurance companies and persons authorised to submit insurance transactions under the Insurance Code) for the subscription of two insurance policies related to the activities of SERS, namely: LOT 3: MULTIRISQUES OFFICES AND LOCAL APPENDIXES AND MULTIRISQUES INFORMATIQUE LOT 4: This consultation is an open adapted procedure, in accordance with the 1° of article R.2123-1 of the Code of the Public Order. After selecting the applications, the contracting authority will examine the tenders with a view to determining the most economically advantageous tender, using the criteria set out in Article 5 of the consultation rules. Negotiations may then be initiated if the contracting authority deems it necessary. The contract(s) may, however, be awarded without negotiation.
