… framework agreement (CCAP, CCTP and annexes) and will be described precisely in the specifications of the special clauses serving as an act of commitment (CCP valid for AE) and annexes to each subsequent future contract that will be contracted with the holder of the framework agreement. The consultation was conducted in accordance with an open tender procedure pursuant to the provisions referred to in point 1 of Article R. 2124-2 of the Public Order Code and Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. It is a single-awarded framework agreement which then leads to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The framework agreement shall take effect from the notification to the holder for an initial period of 24 firm months. It may then be renewed once for an additional period of 24 months by tacit renewal of AMU. If AMU decides not to renew the framework agreement, it shall inform the holder concerned of its decision no later than 3 months before the end of validity of the lot(s) concerned by letter (LRAR or via the PLACE platform). The non-renewal of the framework agreement does not entitle the holder to any indemnity or compensation. The holder shall be bound by his contractual obligations until the end of the period of validity of the current framework agreement. In the event of non-renewal of the framework agreement, the holders of subsequent contracts concerned in the course of performance will also be bound by their contractual obligations until the end of those contracts.
