The subject of the acquisition is the careful cleaning of the archive material of the municipality of Pyhäjoki due to microbial threats/indoor air dust and the safe transfer of the material to the new archive premises. At the moment, the archive material is temporarily stored in two security containers and in the warehouse of the municipality of Pyhäjoki. All locations are in Pyhäjoki, Ollinmäki, about three kilometres from the new archive, which is located at Kuntatie 1, in the new town hall to be completed. … Cleaning of archive material (300 lm) with HEPA filtered vacuum cleaners or other mould dust cleaning method proposed by the contractor. • Packaging of cleaned material in moving boxes in such a way that the archive order remains unchanged. • Protected and controlled transport of confidential material to a new location. The work should be completed in April 2027. The schedule can be negotiated, a more detailed weekly and daily schedule will be agreed with the selected supplier before the work begins. Questions relating to the invitation to tender must be sent by 12 noon on 16 November 2026. Questions must be sent from the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal. The answers to the questions can also be found in the same place. In order to ensure equal treatment of tenderers, no further questions will be answered. If the tenderer notices any ambiguities or contradictions in the invitation to tender or if any matter in the invitation to tender is open to interpretation, the tenderer is obliged to raise the matter by submitting a specific question. Tenderers should familiarise themselves with the answers given and take advantage of any specified information when submitting their tenders. Tenders must be submitted by noon on 23 November 2026. The tendering system closes automatically at 12:00:00. After automatic closing, the system will not accept late offers (12:00:00).
