A total of 18 kitchens are in the process of acquiring a self-monitoring system. Nine of these are cooking kitchens, eight service kitchens and one bakery. The food services self-monitoring system is a key tool for food safety, risk management and cleanliness management, supporting statutory self-monitoring, self-monitoring documentation and real-time monitoring of operations. The procurement consists of a commissioning project and continuous service/maintenance. The procurement does not include a tie-in obligation; instead, the service and equipment are procured as needed and within the budget. Annex 1 to the invitation to tender contains the price quotation annex for the service and maintenance of the self-monitoring system, which the tenderer must fill in for the yellow cells. Similarly, Annex 2 must specify and fill in the equipment included in the service and maintenance price and its €/month (VAT 0%) price. The aim of the contract period is to start on 1 January 2027 and last until 31 December 2029. Thereafter, the contract shall continue for an indefinite period, unless the client indicates otherwise in the negotiations before the end of the actual contract period.,
