… the contract period. The duties include felling and clearing of construction, park and urban forest sites, harvesting of storm damage trees and difficult felling of individual plots of land, street and park trees. Climbing pouring is not required, but is taken into account in the comparison of offers in the quality scores. From time to time, the construction sites are extensive and require the service provider to have an independent ability to plan the implementation of the work, e.g. driving groove networks at logging sites. Plans and maps are always given in writing by site. The service provider shall be able to carry out the apteering of timber into different timber species on its own initiative and, if ordered by the customer, in the manner indicated by the customer. It is estimated that around 400-600 m3 of timber will be cut by loggers at winter sites. The harvesting and clearing work will focus on January-April and September-December. In principle, there will be a break during May and August. The repair of sudden and unexpected storms during the summer break shall be possible with 24 hours' notice at the request of the subscriber in the area of the previously mentioned sites. Storm damage is repaired under the guidance of the client together with the permanent staff of the city. In the summer, it is possible to make individual toilet construction sites in the area of the city centre. The notice period for storm damage clearance below the minimum requirement shall be taken into account in the comparison of tenders in the quality scores to be awarded. The service provider must have access to both conventional and special equipment needed for the work, such as a ditch diverter, a wired pull-jacket and warning signs on the construction site. If the bidder offers climbing felling, the bidder must also have the necessary equipment at their disposal. At construction sites, the vehicle requires turn signals. When working in a groundwater area, you must be prepared for oil spill response. The service provider must have a deputy system that applies to the same requirements as other personnel. The tenderer must provide a written report on the practical implementation of the reserve system. The service provider must be aware of the PEFC certification system and its requirements in relation to the work carried out, and the provider must be registered for PEFC certification. The service provider must be familiar with the current occupational safety and health regulations issued by the authorities and in collective agreements. The work is carried out in accordance with the above provisions and using protective and safety equipment in accordance with them.,
