… framework agreement in the order of best value for money resulting from the comparison of tenders. The contracting entity reserves the right to form a framework agreement even if there are fewer than four tenders that meet the suitability requirements. The subscriber has the right, by unilateral decision, to extend the fixed-term framework contract period of two (2) years by introducing an option of one (1) year. The Subscriber shall notify the activation of the option period in writing no later than 3 months before the end of the fixed-term contract period. If the subscriber adopts the option, the terms and conditions of the contract being put out to tender will also apply to it as such. The procurement is carried out as a framework agreement because it is not possible to estimate in advance the number and exact content of the services to be procured. The contracting entity does not commit to specific procurement volumes during the contract period. Services will be ordered during the contract period according to needs and budget. Assignment-specific objectives are defined separately for each site. In the framework of the agreement, the customer may also acquire from the framework agreement partners the electrical works included in the renovation and new construction contracts that are the subject of the procurement, but the agreement does not create an exclusive right for the framework agreement partners to carry out electrical works within the construction works. Partial, parallel or alternative tenders shall not be admissible.,
