… administration. For a more detailed description of the subject of the contract and the minimum requirements, see Annex 1 "Description of the subject of the contract" to the invitation to tender. The actual contract period is 24 months, after which the option is that the contract can be converted into a contract of indefinite duration. One (1) Supplier will be selected on the basis of competitive tendering. The contract with the current supplier expires on 31 March 2027. The current supplier is responsible for reporting and accounting matters related to the previous year 2026, including the tax return for 2026. The deployment of the Services takes place in such a way that the new Service must be available to the Subscriber in its entirety as of 1 April 2027. In order to avoid interruptions in financial and payroll administration services, the contract can be signed as soon as the procurement decision has become final due to transitional arrangements.,
