Repair of the Hvittorp wastewater sewer The aim of the repair work is to eliminate the functional deficiencies and damage found in the building's wastewater sewerage system and to restore the sewer sections to a reliable condition. Based on the flushing and descriptions of the drains, an incorrectly implemented drain connection of the sink has been detected in the drain under the shelter, which causes clogging. In addition, there are rusted cast iron sewers in the drainage of the civil defence shelter. Subsidences have also been observed in the sewers, as well as a drain pierced by a metal object underneath the corridor of the accommodation wing. Sewage sewers are located in some places at a depth of about one metre below the floor structures. The contractor must take the depth of the installation of the sewers into account in the work methods, in the implementation of the trenches and in the design of the site. Meeting and course centre Hvittorp will not be in use during the contract. At the same time as this contract, the Villa in the area is undergoing renovation works. In addition, other repair and maintenance work commissioned by the client, such as sealing repairs of office premises, may be carried out at the meeting and course centre during the contract. The contractor must take simultaneous work into account in the planning, scheduling, site arrangements and route organisation of his own work and coordinate his own work phases with other contractors operating in the area and building. Simultaneous work does not justify a departure from the scheduling requirements laid down in the tender specifications for that work. Site areas inside the building must be clearly demarcated. Unauthorised access to construction sites and premises where water or sewer connections have been disconnected during construction must be prevented. The contractor must take care of dust control during work. When planning site traffic and transportation, the contractor must take into account the weight-limited bridge located on the road leading to the area. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the transports, vehicles and machinery to the construction site are suitable for the route used and comply with the valid weight limit set for the bridge. Site traffic and material transport must be planned in such a way that the weight limit is not exceeded. The works will be carried out in January-April 2027. All work on the contract must be completed and the object must be handed over to the customer no later than 30 April 2027. In its work and schedule planning, the contractor must take into account, in particular, the time required for the recasting and drying of floor structures. The work must be planned and carried out in such a way that the work is completed within the set deadline. The work will be carried out as a whole in accordance with the invitation to tender, the contract documents and the ARK, RAK and HVAC plans. Repaired structures and surfaces must be restored to their planned condition. Repaired sewers and related
