… structurally and historically sustainable renovation of the roof of the Joensuu Church. The aim is to ensure the long-term technical functionality of the roof of the building and to prevent damage caused by water to the building's top floor, frame and interior structures. This is not a normal roof renovation, but a renovation project of a historically valuable and protected building. For this reason, the design must take particular account of the original building elements, the historical values of the building and any subsequent changes and repairs. The offer is binding and must be drafted in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The service must comply with the directly binding acts of the European Union, the laws and regulations of Finland and the regulations issued by the authorities.,
