… prepared and submitted. The subject of the contract is the work described in this invitation to tender, in accordance with the attached works documents. The procurement will take the form of a total contract based on unit prices and will be carried out by a single contractor. The quantities set out in the tender documents are estimates and the contract does not constitute an obligation on the part of the subscriber to purchase goods. The final actual workloads may be either lower or higher than those indicated in the call for tenders stage, and changes in the volumes do not affect unit prices (exception YSE 1998, section 45). The contractor shall not have the exclusive right to produce the works which are the subject of the contract. The contract for the execution of the works shall be concluded in accordance with the model works contract provided in Annex 1. Partial or alternative offers are not permitted. Tenderers must submit their tenders for the tender as a whole. The contract area is described in more detail in the section of the contract programme; 3.1.2 Contract boundaries. TIME The contract period is from 15.12.2026 to 22.2.2026. Tenderers must include in the unit prices all costs related to the purchase of all necessary materials and labour and equipment in order to achieve an agreed work result. The estimated stabilization amounts are indicated in the work report and plan drawings annexed to this invitation to tender and in the criteria for the subject of this invitation to tender section. Changes in the price of the material during the contract period do not affect the contract price. Tenders must be submitted within the deadline for the tender package. The contract shall be awarded to the tenderer offering the lowest tender price among the suitable tenderers. DIRECTIVE OF THE WORK The work must proceed according to the implementation schedule agreed between the client and the contract supplier and be fully completed by 22 February 2027. The invoicing of the contract amount is done in accordance with the contract and the contract programme. The representatives of the client and the developer ensure the quality of the work before accepting each invoice. The customer has the right to be fined for delays in the scheduled completion.,
