The client is responsible for applying for a building permit and drawing connections to the plot. Business Riihimäki Construction work is planned to start in November 2026. The preliminary completion date and the handover of the office to the main user are planned for May 2027. In this procurement, the most economic advantage is based on the lowest contract price and a separate, scorable quality comparison. All procurement requirements are set out in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The intended location of the building, as set out in the annexes, is an indicative sketch image and should not be interpreted as a definitive or binding description of the surface area to be used for the project, the exact location of the building or the use of the land.,
