The service shall include at least: - administrative and financial audit in accordance with the Local Government Act; - auditing the financial statements; - the preparation of the audit report; - assisting the Board of Auditors to the extent necessary; - attendance at the meetings of the Board of Auditors, where appropriate; - reporting of audit findings; - other statutory audit tasks. The total estimated audit scope is approximately 8 audit days per year. The procuring entity's estimate includes the audit of the municipality and its subsidiaries. The estimate shall not be binding on the contracting entity. The bidder must calculate the offer price for the full year's inspection based on his own estimate, including the inspection of the municipality and subsidiaries. Auditing services with the necessary meetings can be carried out remotely. The Audit Board shall hold between 4 and 6 meetings per year. The accountable auditor participates as an expert in the meetings of the Audit Board when required and requested separately. Participation in the meetings of the Board shall not be included in the total price, but shall be invoiced separately as an hourly rate.
