… three (3) most economically advantageous suppliers with minimum requirements. For this reason, the tenderer must have a contractual partnership, partner or similar arrangement with the suppliers of the automation systems in question, which entitles them to install, maintain and modify the systems. On the basis of the contract, the customer places orders from suppliers, the duration and possible details of which are determined according to the customer's needs. The invitation to tender concerns the client's buildings and premises, as well as separately defined work performances/entities carried out in them during the contract period. In addition to maintenance work, annual investment work is ordered through the agreement. The duration of the work, on a case-by-case basis, from about one (1) hour to a few months. The work is ordered as invoicing work on an hourly basis or separately at a tendered contract price between framework contract suppliers. The works will be carried out in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the YSE 1998 works contract and the project-specific works documents. If the estimated value of an individual assignment exceeds EUR 50,000 (VAT 0%), the customer has the right to require the contractor to provide a security for the construction period and a security for the warranty period. Amount of the security in accordance with YSE98, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
