… depending on the joint approval and contractual relations between the City of Hyvinkää and their tenants. If all the necessary conditions are not met, the contract will not be carried out and the tenderers will not be entitled to compensation in this case. The works must be fully completed and received by 15 December 2027 at the latest. In resource bookings, the tenderer must take into account that sufficient resources must be reserved for use throughout the construction work.,
