… are not index-linked. The unit prices are fixed for the entire contract period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and also for the possible option period from 1 January. - 31.12.2029. The contract notice has been sent for publication on 20 October 2026 in the Hilma public procurement notification channel and the Tender Service, through which the tender must also be prepared. This is a works contract to be carried out in the form of a total contract based on unit prices and to be carried out by a single contractor. The acquisition is available to all Stara departments, although its main user is the urban infrastructure construction department, according to whose needs the workload has been estimated. The excavation work mainly consists of the removal of rock resulting from the construction of water supply lines and streets. The quantities set out in the tender documents are estimates of future works and the contract does not constitute an obligation on the part of the customer to purchase goods. Final workloads may be either lower or higher than those estimated at the tender stage, and changes in volumes do not affect unit prices (exception YSE 1998, Article 45).
