… equipment of the maintenance building. If part 2 is realised, the internal electric boiler of the ventilation container will be left out and district heating will be used as a spare/additional source of heat for ventilation. The condensate heat output depends on how the machines have to be used when making ice. Therefore, a spare/additional heat solution is included. The data for the Building Automation System (RAU) is available from the current system supplier. The system uses the most up-to-date software and hardware version available from the supplier. The IV Container Control Sub-Centre (VAK) will be completely renewed as part of the contract. In connection with the renewal, the automation modules, I/O equipment and other key components of the control sub-centre will be replaced with new ones. The tenderer must take into account the package and the related equipment, programming, commissioning and documentation work in its tender. Construction works are planned to start in March/April 2027. A more detailed schedule will be agreed between the Client and the selected Contractor before the beginning of the contract period. The hall is reserved for the contractor's use for the duration of the contract, and the user has no other activities at the site during the contract. The subject of the contract and the assignment are described in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The Contracting Entity requires that the Contractor has familiarised himself with the construction work with a representative appointed by the Contracting Entity before submitting the tender. The procurement procedure is an open procedure and one (1) contractor is selected for the contract on the basis of competitive tendering. For the purposes of this contract, the criterion for determining the most economically advantageous tender shall be the lowest price. The minimum quality requirements set out in the invitation to tender allow comparison only at price. All procurement requirements are set out in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The offer is binding and must be drafted in Finnish. The contracting entity does not commit to specific procurement volumes, and the contract does not constitute an exclusive right for the Service Provider to carry out the procurement.,
