… for the costs of emptying the container, except on weekends when the reception point is not open. Emptying orders are placed by the waste station operator when the pallets/containers are full. As a rule, three pallets/containers are transported to Oulu at once, but fewer than three pallets/containers can also be transported at once. Replacement pallets and containers are loaded at the City of Raahe waste station at Kiiluntie 167, 92100 Raahe. The unloading site is Kiertokaari Oy Rusko Waste Centre, Ruskoniityntie 10 Oulu. In addition, a price is requested for moving replacement pallets within Raahe from other locations in the city to a waste station or to a location designated by the customer. For example, from Kuusirat waste reception point at Malmitie 785, 86400 Vihanti. The agreement will be concluded for the period 1 January 2027 - 31 March 2028. Questions relating to the invitation to tender must be sent by noon on 27 October 2026. Questions must be sent from the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal. The answers to the questions can also be found in the same place. In order to ensure equal treatment of tenderers, no further questions will be answered. If the tenderer notices any ambiguities or contradictions in the invitation to tender or if any matter in the invitation to tender is open to interpretation, the tenderer is obliged to raise the matter by submitting a specific question. Tenderers should familiarise themselves with the answers given and take advantage of any specified information when submitting their tenders. Tenders must be submitted by noon on 3 November 2026. The tendering system closes automatically at 12:00:00. After automatic closing, the system will not accept late offers (12:00:00).
