What the buyer is looking for
The procurement of Oral Health Care Cad/Cam equipment for the wellbeing services county Our wellbeing services county applies for the Intraoral Scanner service as a software service (hereinafter also referred to as the Service) in accordance with the Agreement and its appendices. The procurement applies for one (1) total responsible supplier to deliver the equipment and the Service. The Agreement includes the necessary commissioning project, user interfaces, programs, hardware, military software, agreed integrations, licenses, and maintenance and support services. The Service must be available to the Subscriber within 2 (two) months of the signature of the Agreement. The purpose of the Service covers all functional entities included in the Service within the scope of the Agreement (Use Purpose). The Agreement is valid for two (2) years for a fixed period, after which the Agreement continues indefinitely with three (3) months' notice from the Subscriber and six (6) months' notice from the Supplier.
