The laundry service of the Non-Military Service Centre includes the collection, washing, drying, mankeling and return of bed linen used by persons with non-military service obligations. Linen includes pillowcases, bed sheets, duvet covers and hand towels. On the basis of the agreement, equivalent laundry services can also be ordered for the washing of pillows, blankets and other textiles used in the Non-Military Service Centre, such as curtains and work clothes. … textile type so that the different textile types are individually packed. The Non-Military Service Centre is responsible for packing the laundry delivered to the wash. Dirty laundry is not sorted by textile type before transportation, but is sorted at the laundry. Bed linen is collected and clean textiles are returned on Fridays from 12:00 to 16:00. The pick-up and return takes place every 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of civilian duty-holders at the Non-Military Service Centre. The service provider weighs the laundry in dry weight before washing. The amount of laundry is estimated at 50-300 kg per week, but may be higher or lower in individual weeks. The notified estimate is not binding on the customer and the service provider is not entitled to compensation if the amount of laundry is less than 300 kilograms per week or there is no laundry at all. The service provider must appoint a contact person responsible for contractual matters and a person responsible for laundry operations. Tasks can be assigned to the same person or to different persons. Collaborative meetings are arranged when necessary. The invoices must specify the laundry services for linen and the laundry services for other textiles separately. The agreement will enter into force on 1 January 2027 and will remain in force until further notice.
