In addition to the remote connection solution, the wellbeing services county is responsible for, among other things, the procurement and commissioning of customer equipment, equipment management, telecommunications connections and some support and maintenance tasks. The aim of procurement is to create a more uniform and clearly manageable comprehensive service for remote care personnel. The comprehensive service aims at a clear division of responsibilities, the reliability of the service, smooth support and incident management, and the reduction of technical and administrative work remaining in the wellbeing services county. Preliminary subject of the procurement The subject of the procurement is a digital solution for remote carers and the related comprehensive service. Initially, the overall service may include: - the solution needed to implement individual and group remote visits, - customer devices, - pre-installation, commissioning and lifecycle management of devices, - device management and communication connections, - user and access authorisation management, - support, maintenance, incident management and correction remotely, - reporting and information management, - data security, data protection and logging, - necessary integrations, - development and expansion of the solution. The market survey examines in particular the possibilities of suppliers to offer the solution as a comprehensive service and which parts of the whole are produced by the supplier itself or through its partners. As part of the market dialogue, a practical demonstration of the solution available from the perspectives of the customer, the professional and those responsible for the management and support of the service is desirable. It is also hoped that experts responsible for the technical implementation of the solution will participate in the market dialogue. The final content, scope, allocation of responsibilities and appropriate procurement procedure will be specified on the basis of procurement preparation and market dialogue. PARTICIPATION IN THE MARKET YEAR PARTICIPATION The Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county organises supplier-specific market dialogues according to the preliminary plan during weeks 44 and 45 with Teams connection. According to the preliminary plan, each Supplier has been allocated 1.5 hours for market dialogue. The Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county reserves the right to invite the number of participants it deems appropriate to participate in supplier-specific market dialogues and, if necessary, to change the timing and duration of market dialogues.
