Our own operations include the well water research offered to the clients of the clinic, possible project-based samples or samples related to the investigation of disturbances and food poisonings, for example. In addition, we order and deliver samples for analysis on behalf of our customers. Such samples include bathing water samples from public bathing areas, regular monitoring samples from water cooperatives and some municipal water utilities, and bathing water samples from public pools in accordance with the Pool Water Decree. The aim of the call for tenders is to find the most cost-effective service provider also for the benefit of our customers. In choosing our co-operation laboratory, we value not only the price, but also the readiness to act in environmental health disorders, the ease of sending or delivering a sample, and the comprehensiveness of our services to meet our needs. The laboratory must have a back-up duty system and be prepared to carry out examinations during exceptional working hours. Accreditation is required for analyses and the laboratory must be approved for the examination of official samples. The official samples must be transferred to the VATI information system. We reserve the right to reject all offers submitted and to accept only certain sections of the offers submitted, as described below. Contract period: Two (2) years and one (1) year option period (2 + 1 years) are sought for the contract period. The estimated value of the contract, taking into account the options, exceeds the national threshold for service contracts (EUR 60 000 VAT. 0%) but below the EU threshold (EUR 216 000 VAT. 0 %). A procurement agreement will be drawn up between the Customer and the Supplier.
