In addition to planning, the work includes three (3) planning meetings. The kick-off meeting will be held in person and 2 meetings may take the form of teams. The designer must familiarise himself with the site on site before submitting a tender. The designer must make sufficient measurements for the design. Terrain measurements must be tied to given elevation points, which can later be used in construction work. The designer should note that the site is located on a rock. The plans must be delivered to the client in electronic format (pdf, dwg, word and excel format) directly to the project bank used by the developer. The tender must include information on the project manager responsible for the project, the experts involved in drawing up the report and their skills and experience. References of engineering design for construction and water supply must be included in the tender. The reference lists of persons must indicate the name of the projects, the year of implementation and the position of the person in the project, as well as the identity of the person who commissioned the project. The price must be binding throughout the planning period. The design price also includes all necessary field visits and a presentation to the client. Site-time planning and possibly attendance at site meetings at an hourly rate (unit rate). Location of the site: Water Tower Road, 58700 Sulkava. The site has an upper water tank of 300 m3 built at the turn of the 1960s and 1970s and an old pressure booster station. The starting point is that the lower water tank(s) should correspond to the same volume. Timetable: The planning work begins immediately after the procurement decision has become final. Draft plans and cost estimates must be available for inspection by the customer by 15 December 2026 and the plans, corrected in accordance with the comments, must be handed over to the customer by 31 December 2026.,
