What the buyer is looking for
The City of Helsinki's Social Services and Health Care and Rescue Division is tendering out the customer and patient resource management system used in the City of Helsinki's services for the elderly and the disabled. The object of the contract is a system suitable for that use. The procurement also includes the commissioning, maintenance, incident management, development, software and other updates of the system in question, at least implementation training for the main users, users and the production and maintenance of instructions in Finnish and possibly Swedish. If the use of the system requires a license, offering/organizing the license as part of the purchase is included. In addition, the Supplier shall draw up documentation of the system and maintain it.
