… of early childhood education and care services in accordance with the early childhood education and care plans of the Finnish National Agency for Education and the City of Orimattila. The following figures can be used as a basis for system maintenance and monthly support pricing. Figures are from August 2026. - The number of day care units in the municipality's own service production is 8 (plus two preschool education groups in connection with schools) - The number of personnel in the municipality's own service production is 130, of which there are currently 7 family day care providers - The number of children in the municipality's own service production is 597, of which 146 children in preschool education and 26 children in family day care - The service voucher provides early childhood education services for 134 children The early childhood education customer and ERP system must include continuous maintenance, support service and development, integrations and conversions of external parties or systems required and enabled by law at the time of implementation. The system must make it possible to plan, monitor, direct and evaluate the activities of early childhood education and care in an efficient, economical and easy-to-use manner. The procured system must fully cover the key processes of early childhood education and care by electronic means: - applications and decisions - child care appointments and their implementations - shift planning and implementation - reports and statistics supporting the planning and evaluation of activities - management and maintenance of documents related to child care and its planning - management of pedagogical documents related to early childhood education and pre-primary education - communication between early childhood education and caregivers The open procurement procedure seeks an overall responsible supplier to deliver a comprehensive solution in accordance with the requirements and schedule set out in the invitation to tender and its annexes, so that the solution is in production use from the beginning of June 2027. If necessary, the timetable may be further specified or amended by mutual agreement of the Parties. The invitation to tender also includes a migration from the current Edlevo system used by Orimattila to the new system. As part of the deployment plan, the subscriber and the system supplier jointly determine what information is transferred from the existing system to the new system. The subscriber agrees with the current system suppliers on the transfer of data and the timetable. The client and the information system suppliers shall jointly agree on the technical details and schedule. The subscriber reserves the right not to transfer data from the old system to the new one.,
