Henkilöstöedut mobiilipalveluna LYHYT KUVAUS TULEVASTA HANKINNASTA Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue kilpailuttaa palvelun henkilöstöedusta, joka kannustaa työntekijöitä omaehtoiseen liikunta- ja kulttuuritoimintaan sekä hierontapalvelun käyttöön. Valittua henkilöstöetua tulee olla mahdollisuus käyttää myös kohdennettuihin yksittäisiin palkitsemisiin. Henkilöstöetu toteutetaan hankittavalla mobiilimaksuvälinepalvelulla, jolloin työntekijät voivat maksaa valintansa mukaan mobiilipalvelun tai -sovelluksen avulla valitsemansa liikunta-, kulttuuri- tai hierontapalvelun palveluntuottajan palveluvalikoimaan kuuluvissa käyttöpaikoissa. Laajentaminen muihin käyttökohteisiin pitää olla mahdollista. Kaikkien käytettävien palveluiden tulee olla palveluita, jotka lainsäädännössä ja verohallinnon ohjeistuksissa on hyväksytty verovapaiksi työsuhde-eduiksi. Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialueella on vakituisia ja määräaikaisia työntekijöitä yhteensä noin 12 300. Palkitsemisen suuruus voi vaihdella vuosittain. Joinain vuosina voi olla, että etua ei myönnetä lainkaan. Sopimus on tarkoitus saada voimaan 1.1.2027 alkaen ja se on määräaikainen 3 vuotta ja sen jälkeen Tilaaja varaa vielä 1 vuoden optiomahdollisuuden.,
