… service: 1. 30% of the order amount is due for payment after the order has been placed, on presentation of an unlimited, joint and several bank guarantee of the same amount from a credit institution authorised in the EU. The guarantee must include the waiver by the guarantor of the objections pursuant to Sections 770 and 771 of the German Civil Code (BGB). 2.
