The construction includes the renovation of the roof areas of six terraced houses of the residential complex WE 109362 in Röntgenstraße and Elsenbruch in Lüneburg. These are three semi-detached houses and three semi-detached houses. The buildings are in close proximity to each other. The works are carried out in the rented and inhabited stock. The existing roof surfaces are designed as inclined saddle roofs with a roof slope of about 35 to 40 degrees. The existing roof covering consists of hollow folding tiles. As part of the measure, the roof tiles including ridge and duct tiles, support and counter battening, eaves and duct boards, roof exits, vapour pipes and the existing roof drainage will be dismantled and disposed of. … receive a new covering made of natural red hollow folding tiles including ridge and locator shape tiles. In addition, new roof exits and vapour pipe system tiles are installed. In the area of building partitions, the necessary fire protection measures are carried out. This includes supplementing the insulation with non-combustible mineral wool, sealing work and the installation of roof slat connectors. The chimney heads are re-clothed. Partial areas in the eaves area are provided with a suspended, ventilated garment made of fibre cement panels. The visible rafter heads are reworked and recoated. The existing roof drainage is completely renewed. New gutters, eaves and connection plates, rainfall pipes, rainwater pipes and rainwater flaps are planned. All work must be carried out in sections and taking into account the ongoing rental operation.
