What the buyer is looking for

For the projects of the project department "See" in the BAAINBw (Federal Office for Equipment, Information Technology and Use of the German Armed Forces), functional proofs and tests of the weapon systems on board new and conversions of naval units at sea require, among other things, civilian flight target representations (FZDen) with helicopters. In order to cover the entire demand for FZDen in the project department (PA) See, a call-off contract is to be concluded. Due to unforeseeable events in the test conditions (e.g. functionality and operability of the ship's on-board installations to be tested, weather conditions), the dates of the operating times require a high degree of flexibility on the part of the contractor (AN).
