Die geschätzte Gesamtbedarfsmenge entspricht der Höchstmenge, weshalb maximal 3825 Stück Flaggensätze mit Aufbewahrungstasche aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden können. Es besteht keine Abnahmeverpflichtung. Neben den abrufberechtigten Behörden aus der unmittelbaren Bundesverwaltung, sind auch die Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost und der Bundesgerichtshof als Abrufberechtigte vorgesehen.
