Предметът на обществената поръчка е „Ремонт и възстановяване на южна, северна и източна фасади на основната сграда и спомагателна постройка до входа на 46 ОУРИХ „Константин Фотинов“. В предмета на поръчката е предвидено изпълнение на консервационно-реставрационни дейности за възстановяване на автентичния вид на сградата и нейното обемно-пространствено възприятие, съгласно направените съгласувания с Министерство на културата – Национален институт за недвижимо културно наследство. При изпълнение на дейностите следва да се спазва принципът на съхранение на оригина – пластични елементи от мазилка и камък. Сградата на училището е недвижима културна ценност, декларирана през 1976 г. на НИПК и обявена в ДВ бр. 40/1978 г. за архитектурно-строителен паметник на културата с категория „местно значение“. Предвидени са следните дейности за изпълнение в обхвата на поръчката: монтаж и демонтаж на фасадно тръбно скеле с Н4м., включително грундиране с "Баумит грунд" и "Баумит или еквивалент предварителен шприц" - м2-436,20; полагане на финна машинна вароциментова мазилка 1см. по стени с "Баумит примо 2" или еквивалент, H>4м., вкл. грундиране с "Баумит грунд" или еквивалент и "Баумит предварителен шприц"или еквивалент-м2-611,90; полагане на "Баумит изравнителна шпакловка" или еквивалент (подготовка за боя) - 2 ръце-м2-1 028,40; Обръщане на ръбове на прозоречни отвори по фасади до 10см. с монтаж на ръбохранители-м- 924,40;Възстановяване на прекъснат профилиран фриз с L>2м. съгласно одобрен проект-м,- 46,20; възстановяване на липсващи части от профилиран пиластър с L>2м. съгласно одобрен проект-м-36,30; възстановяване на подпрозоречни фризове съгласно детайли от одобрения проект-бр.-2,00; грундиране на фасади с H>6м., включително покривни стрехи и профилирани пиластри с "Баумит грунд" съгласно одобрения проект-м2-1 028,40; боядисване на фасади с H>6м., със силиконова боя "Баумит силикон колор" или еквивалент трикратно, вкл. покривни стрехи и профилирани пиластри съгласн
