Предметът на обществената поръчка включва избор на изпълнител за приготвяне, доставка и раздаване на закуски за учениците от I-ви до IV-ти клас от ОУ „Цар Симеон I“ гр. Варна за календарната 2027 г.Количеството доставяни закуски ще бъде в зависимост от нуждите ОУ „Цар Симеон I-ви“- Варна през периода на изпълнение на договораВъзложителят предвижда в своя полза опция за увеличение на единичната цена и на действащия максимален размер на договора на основание чл. 116, ал. 1, т. 1 във връзка с чл. 194, ал. 3 от ЗОП. Опцията се упражнява при действащ договор, за бъдещи доставки в първоначалния предмет и срок, без промяна на общия характер на поръчката и до тавана от 51 000,00 евро без ДДС.Максимално допустимата обща първоначална цена, която участникът може да предложи за прогнозните 70 016 закуски, е 46 910,72 евро без ДДС. Стойността на опцията не се добавя от участника към първоначалната офертна цена и не представлява гарантирано плащане.
