The site is public municipal property and is a building with a built-up area of 1274 sq.m, on one floor, built of metal structure above ground level. It was put into operation in 1984. The hall is profiled for the sports basketball and volleyball and is used according to an established schedule for training and competitive activity. All activities included in the subject of the public procurement, as well as the requirements for their implementation, are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - an integral part of the documentation for this procurement. The quantities and volume of the construction and installation works include the execution of construction activities under part “Architecture”, part HVAC” and part “Electrical”, including all main and ancillary construction activities, according to the Quantity Account approved by the Contracting Authority, which forms an integral part of the procurement documents.
