… Silistra, with technical parameters and characteristics detailed in the technical specification. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the ‘most economically advantageous tender’. The most economically advantageous tender shall be determined on the basis of the award criterion ‘lowest price’ referred to in Article 70(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Act. Place of performance of the contract: The delivery of goods is carried out by and on behalf of the contractor to the central warehouse of the contracting authority at: Silistra, 19 Baba Tonka Str. The specific deliveries by type and quantity will be determined in a prior written request for delivery of the goods. Time limit for performance of the contract: the term shall be subject to the conclusion of a contract, which shall enter into force on the said date and shall be valid until all the obligations assumed by the parties under it have been fulfilled for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months or until the value of the contract has been reached, whichever is the earlier.
