… Organizations of Doctors and Dentists Act, in accordance with the Labor Code, subject to and applying the Insurance Code and the Ordinance on Compulsory Insurance of Persons exercising a medical profession (adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No 208 of 25.09.2018). The 3 other lots, apart from this one, which will also be awarded separately are the following: - OP No. 2 "Insurance of medical equipment of the University Hospital "St. Kliment Ohridski" · Ivan Rilski EAD, Sofia, for the insurance "All risks for electronic equipment and equipment, OP 2" with an estimated value of EUR 11,000, incl. DZP, will be awarded through a public competition; - OP 3: “Insurance of real estate of the University Hospital “St. Kliment Ohridski” Ivan Rilski EAD, Sofia, OP 3, with an estimated value of EUR 11 000, including GSP, will be awarded through a public competition; - OP 4: “Third-party liability and Casco insurance of motor vehicles owned by the University Hospital “St. Kliment Ohridski”. · Ivan Rilski EAD, Sofia, OP 4, with an estimated value of EUR 3 885, including IMD, will be awarded directly under Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP).
