The construction supervision service aims at quality execution of construction works, which will be monitored by a qualified consultant. The consultant will carry out “Construction supervision” under the Spatial Development Act, for which he must hold a certificate/licence for exercising construction supervision issued by the Directorate for National Construction Control/the Minister of the RBD, in accordance with the procedure of Art. 2 of the Spatial Development Act for carrying out the activity. The consultant is responsible for the implementation of all requirements of the Bulgarian legislation regarding the construction supervision of the completed types of construction works. The subject-matter of the contract is as follows: Exercise of construction supervision during the construction of a site: ‘Replacement of water supply and pressure pipes for the town of Kaspichan’. An investment project has been prepared and approved for the site “Replacement of the water supply and pressure pipeline for the town of Kaspichan”. The subject of the development is the preparation of a technical project for the reconstruction of a pressure water pipeline from Deep borehole to Pressure Tank V=1000m3 of the city of Kaspichan and the reconstruction of the Bringing Water Pipe for the city, built of etheric pipes F300.
